General Policy

We accept returns for any product you are not fully satisfied with.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned with at least 90% of the contents remaining.
Processing Time

All return and exchange requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

For exchange orders, delivery charges will be born by the customer.

Upon opening the parcel, in case of damage, leakage, or incorrect items we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions

Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable, as they are designed exclusively for fragrance testing.

Orders over Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refund but can be exchanged.
